DAVID MILLER
Chief Executive Officer
Dave is a Champion Clay Target Shooter, two-time Guinness World Record holder, and Level 3 Shooting Instructor with over 25 years of experience in competitive shooting. A Master Class NSCA competitor, he is widely respected for his expertise, contributions, and enduring passion for the sport.

An avid bird hunter, Dave co-hosts the American Bird Hunter TV Series with his two Springer Spaniels, Guinness and Sailor. He is also an accomplished SCTP coach, professional course designer, and NRA-certified instructor, dedicated to growing the shooting sports community nationwide.
SHERRI GOODWIN
Vice President of Sales
Sherri brings 22 years of experience in the firearms industry. She served as National Sales Manager for CZ-USA from 2000 to 2013 before being promoted to Vice President of Sales, a role she held until 2022.

During her tenure, Sherri worked closely with the executive team to develop strategies and programs that helped grow the company into a multi-million dollar enterprise. She understands what it takes to build a business from the ground up and has cultivated lasting professional relationships along the way.
Sherri enjoys fishing, hunting, UTV riding, camping, and spending quality time with her large family.
ALICE POLUCHOVA
Chief Financial Officer
Alice brings 30 years of experience in firearms industry to the table. Her professional background is associated with the growth of CZ-USA and Dan Wesson Firearms in the USA. Her extensive expertise in importation, compliance, and operations makes her an invaluable member of the Akkar USA team, where she also keeps a careful eye on financial management.

Alice is an active NRA member and supports multiple organizations dedicated to conservation and responsible firearm use.
​
A passionate shooter, Alice excels in all shooting sports and holds a Master Class in the NSCA. A true outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys hiking, biking, fly fishing, and hunting.
